Benjamin is a co-owner and director of Connectere (S) Pte Ltd. The company conducts and deliver English Language proficiency tests and assessments from ETS (Educational Testing Service), Princeton USA. He was previously running a Futures and Options subsidiary of a local bank before switching tracks to running a charity. Benjamin is a father of 4 and grandfather of 4.
