Theresa Tan is a writer, editor, screenwriter and a playwright. She has had over 30 years of creative editorial experience, including being a writer for 8 Days, and the editor of Female, ELLE, Tiger Tales and Vanilla. She has also written columns for the Straits Times and MediaCorp. Theresa co-founded WORD Agency in 2006, and the agency provides writing and editing services to corporate and government clients. Theresa has also worked as writer and editor on books like the Autism Resource Centre’s 20th anniversary book, Making A Difference Together and Marshall Cavendish’s Letter To My Daughter. She also authored her own book A Clean Breast, based on her journey through breast cancer. Theresa is also a church worker and a mother of three children, aged between 17 and 24.
