English cookie chain Ben’s Cookies has officially returned to Singapore, reopening today (30 June) in the basement of Wisma Atria shopping centre.
Anticipation for the brand’s return seemed high — or it could just be the classically Singaporean penchant for joining queues — as a line of about 20 people formed prior to its 11am opening time.
Cookies are priced at $3.90 each for a palm-sized bake, or $19.50 for a sharing box of seven. Gift tins bearing the Ben’s Cookies branding are also available at $18.80 for a box of four, or $37.50 for eight.
There are 14 flavours in total, including bestsellers like milk chocolate chunk, white chocolate chunk, praline and milk chocolate, cranberry and white chocolate, oatmeal and raisin, and caramelised crunch.

There are two flavours exclusive to the Wisma Atria outlet: orange and milk chocolate, and ginger and dark chocolate.
Everything from the chocolate to the flour mix are imported from the UK, before being baked fresh daily on premises.
The cookies we tried – Milk Chocolate Chunk and Cranberry and White Chocolate – were gooey and sweet, but not cloying. Great as an indulgent afternoon snack, we’d say.
These can be paired with a hot latte, flat white or cup of tea (all $4).
Opening promotions over the weekend include a free cuppa with every two cookies purchased from now to July 2, as well as a chance to a three-, six- or 12-months’ worth of free cookies with every purchase of a gift cookie tin, lasting until July 30.
We wouldn’t rush down to fight the queues though, as more outlets of Ben’s Cookies are coming soon — first to Changi City Point in July, then Suntec City in August.
The brand’s comeback comes a little under two years since its exit in October 2021. The cookie chain has a history stretching back to 1983, when it was first founded in Oxford’s Covered Garden.
